Norah has over 15 years of experience in search, talent strategy, HR consulting, and employment background screening helping organizations build strong teams and optimize workforce solutions.
As Sr. Director of Customer Success & Executive Search Services at True Technologies (a division of True Platform), Norah led Customer Success, Account Management, and Executive Search for Jopwell, SearchEssentials, and AboveBoard, scaling brands, finding top tech talent, and expanding diverse executive talent networks. He developed executive search offerings, strengthened PE and VC partnerships, and implemented strategic initiatives that drove client results and growth.
Before co-founding HighInsight, Norah also worked with leading Hospitality, HR and big data management companies such as Starwood (acquired by Marriott), LexisNexis, First Advantage, and HireRight. At HighInsight, he partners with clients to execute strategic recruiting solutions, HR initiatives, and pre-employment risk mitigation plans.

Justina is a results-driven SHRM certified Human Resources professional with 10+ years of experience and success in Human Capital Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Relations. Justina is knowledgeable in onsite and decentralized people management.
Justina is experienced in reduction-in-force management, compliance, and federal and local laws. At HighInsight, Justina manages all aspects of client partnerships related to conflict management, employment laws, HR compliance, labor relations, coaching, succession planning, and workforce right sizing.
